I think Apple is ready to unleash a brand new product line. Something along the lines of TV on demand product where you have a Macmini sized device attached to your TV and high speed internet connection and you can download programming on a show by show basis. No need for cable or dish networks. Just buy the shows that you want. You will no longer have to have 100 channels of programming and only 5 worthy of watching. Thank goodness for USA network. Where else can I get my Rosanne reruns. I have heard rumors of Apple patents for a watch once type system instead of the buy and own method of video on iTunes. Hopefully this will make each episode much cheaper. I have seen ads for the Dish Network's portable DVR where you record shows on your home DVR and then transfer them to a portable device. They have three different size screens to choose from. But I have heard unbelievable prices for these starting at $600 a pop. That will kill it.
I don't know if Apple can shrink the iPod much more. Wireless headphones is probably an obvious next step. It seems they may be running out the cool factor but Apple almost always surprises.

Probably a new Pod this time. They like to go from computers to iPods and back. Too early for anything else. Intel Tower later in the year.
I put my money on a new version of the iBook, renamed the MacBook. It'll be a somewhat new design and have the Core Solo Intel Chip.
But it sure would be cool to have a new iPod!
