Interviewing Ballmer is like interviewing a second place presidential candidate. They know they are losing, but all they can say is postive things about themselves. I do agree with the assesment that Google has not made it into the business market. For all of their online spreadsheets and scheduling tools. I doubt Google has many inroads. Actually I think the iPhone may fill this nitch. If you can get all of your schedule and email info pushed to you from the company server. This is big.
