Samsung has a new phone called the Instinct which looks like it may be the best iPhone competitor to date. One catch is the monthly subscription fee may run about $100 a month. Even so, this looks like at least an honest attempt at competition. At least others are trying to keep up with the iPhone.

Wow, what a knock-off! Geez, it's really modeled right after the iPhone. At least with LG, they tried to differentiate themselves with the Voyager - the slide out keyboard and all. I find it interesting that there's no mention of WiFi, although with 3G, maybe it's not needed. Just by its emulation of the iPhone alone, it should do well, I think.

Maybe they put in a built in radio tuner so it will be an iPhone killer like the Zune.
