Several articles express disappointment in RIM's entry to the touchscreen mobile device market that Apple pioneered. Should we cry a little bit for them?
I watched the video review of your link and I was really surprised that RIM would release the phone as is. It sounds like they took a regular blackberry and appended on a touch screen which was not ready for prime time. This can only hurt there reputation. If someone who likes blackberrys but also wants a touch screen buys this phone, this may put them off from buying another touch screen blackberry down the road. If it is as bad as the review described.
