Titanium still Rocks!

I thought I would mention that I still use my Titanium Powerbook for mobile computing purposes. But for the first time, I find there is beginning to be a speed lag that I notice. I am now using the latest version of Numbers on the Powerbook, and I admit it is a little sluggish. The only reason I did it is that my current Numbers files won't work on the version that was on the Powerbook. Otherwise I wouldn't have bothered.

Yes I too, still use my Ti PB on occasion. The battery is still the original and works fine. The one in my PC laptop died in about 2 years. Christina uses it to surf the web. Yes it is showing its age with all the fancy graphic intense web sites but for basic sites it works good. The screen is still gorgeous. I wish I could just buy a new motherboard and soup it up to today's speeds. The keyboard, screen, and other hardware are still running good and it seems a shame to let the machine go by the wayside. I will have to add it to the Apple museum in my west wing.

Just upgraded to Tiger on my Powerbook. It feels like a new computer. Found a cheap copy on eBay for $50, so it was an inexpensive upgrade. The PB lives on!!!
