So what's new??
Gents,
What's new in the world of Apple? I guess one of the big things is that Apple Corp is planning on making the Beatles music available for download, which will hopefully end the lawsuit.
Le, I am praying that Apple computer can strike a deal with the Beatles to get their stuff online. It would be a crime if iTunes did not carry Beatles stuff! It's so hard to tell exactly what the heck's going on, with this announcement coming in the midst of the court proceedings.
The best thing to do would be to put Beatles stuff on iTunes with a HUGE splash and promote the hell out of it as compensation for using the Apple logo. Apple computer could do this (I would think) if they put some serious cash into promotion of the Beatles music. Everyone would want that stuff, including me!!
I did not hear about the Beatles on Itunes deal. Maybe AppleCorp just wanted some leverage when negotiating a deal to market Beatles music on iTunes. I would suspect that the lawsuit will go away.
By the way, I did not see any comments on www.winehq.com in my previous post for Windows on a Mac posting. Any comments? I'll take my answer off the air.
