Apple just added MGM films to iTunes! I admit, the lower resolution is a bummer. But I also think DVD resolution is a little beyond the reach of most household wireless networks. It's be cool when that actually happens! It's amazing how many movies have been downloaded even at the lower resolutions!

I hear all the complaints about Apple not having movie content at the highest HD quality but hey how many people have this at all. Most HD content is either over the air or on cable on a limited number of channels for a high premium. A standard DVD does not have the capability of holding that much info on one disk. The new Blueray disks can but are not all the prevelent yet. At this point in time I think Apple is where they should be for level of quality. Then can bump it down the road. The current format is near DVD which is pretty good. It probably looks even better on a HD monitor. The full HD will come, but Apple is in the market and setting the new standard.
