When is Gates leaving MS?
I read a report about the last MS press conference where Bill Gates was remonicing about his past occomplishments, and how Balmer was having a hard time transitioning as the lead of MS. Of course they said that Balmer now has the hang of it. I was just wondering how soon Gates was leaving, anyone know?

I thought I heard the end of this or next year. He'll spend more time with the philanthropic arm of his financial empire! I would think it was difficult to leave the company in the hands of the "sales guy"! I wonder if it bothers him at night - with Microsoft's latest snafus, I would have trouble sleeping!
I don't know if Gates should have any trouble sleeping. He should just move on to the next phase of his life. I would want to be remembered for being this great philanthropist rather than the shady way he ran Microsoft. It is one thing to grow your business by being the best, and another by purposely sabatoging its competitor's products. Such as the code to make Netscape run slower on Windows than IE. Shamefull.
