When is all the cool stuff coming!!!
Are you also tired of waiting for all these cool Apple products that Apple says they have in the pipeline. It is already August and still no cool device. What gives? Where is the breakthrough next iPod? Are they waiting for the Zune, so they can take the wind out of its introduction? It's like waiting for Christmas morning as a kid. I hope it is a big as I imagine it will be!

I believe that Apple is pretty good at timing things for its products. Remember that they have released new products recently, just not iPod related. They'll be here - I just think that all the anticipation makes it tough.

I could not agree more, Le! I might add that not only is timing of the release important, there is the Jobs philosophy of "get it right" as much as possible within the business constraints. I would rather wait, and have Apple deliver a knock out, if quality is an issue.
Seems to me that we see the toys around the holidays and the major hardware and software products during the year. Although the tower is new, some of their other products are close to 9 months old. Any ideas if we will see something in Sept from Paris?
You know, I would have thought that Jobs would be in Paris if there were a big announcement. Most people are eagerly awaiting new iPods, but I'd be surprised only because Jobs won't be there. He's been at all the other iPod announcements.
