Gentlemen,
So as not to be left at the station as the iPod Express steams by, Burger King has introduced the "FryPod!" It's an order of french fries that comes in a container that is supposed to fit neatly in a car's cupholder, thereby making eating on the go less troublesome - although, it looks the same as always to me. I found this highly amusing, while at the same time wondering if Apple will seek legal action against the company for trademark infringement.

Apple will only sue if they put a clickwheel on the box. If you want to quickly scroll through all of your french frys then you need to buy from Apple.
By the way, Rally's has had this idea for a long time now. There box has a round cup shaped bottom. Maybe they have the copyright on the Frypod.
Indeed, the scroll wheel is patent pending, so if the box even has a picture of a scroll wheel (nonfunctional, as potentially the Zune), then Apple will seek further legal action.
Good thing Microsoft didn't think of this, you would probably only be able to eat their fries in a Microsoft car. And if it took as long as Vista, they would be cold too.
