The comments posted are hillarious. I love all of the references to the "Mr Hanky" MP3 player. We can only hope that this is the standard install problem. It wouldn't be a surprise. I am sure if it is, many people will just take it back to the store for a refund or an iPod.
I've already heard another reviewer say the software "sucks". Another problem with the Zune is that if you use the WiFi, your battery life goes down the proverbial toilet!
Interestingly, even though the screen is bigger than the iPod, the resolution is the same, so the pictures can come out grainy.
This seems like typical MS - just get into the market with whatever, then over time add features, etc.
