There is so little info on this it is hard to comment. The "none touch" could even be a translation error from Japanese.
I will go out on a limb and say that the new iPod will be able to sense your aura and respond to it. The song playing will be based on your current mood. You can set a preference to change your mood or lock in a prefered mood. Moods like, "I don't care", and "float on a cloud", to "Kick it", and "screw the world". The possibilities are endless.
I thought at first that voice activation (as some people interpret none touch) would be impossible, but of course telephone systems do that all the time. Maybe one would speak the name of the song into the iPod, and it would start playing, or say "volume up", etc. I don't know. Somehow, it just doesn't seem like it would be easier than the current scroll wheel method. Who knows?
